Synopsis

How do others see me? How do I see myself? Semblance is the recollection of how various encounters with friends affected my understanding of what it means to be Chinese-Canadian. It’s an exploration of how a person, like me, is trapped by physical appearance despite living in multi-cultural society. It’s about coming to terms with your own body and identity, inside and out.
